"Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes in the system. Place was run down and dingy. We had to change rooms cause it smelled moldy, and WC was leaking. Will not recommend. "

"Clean room stayed for 15 days was only made up when we asked for it Staff I personally felt unhelpful wasn’t willing to help from anything from changing single beds to a double to allowing us check in earlier with a sick traveller from a very rough flight from Australia Breakfast was not accommodating for travellers whom wasn’t from a religious background nor accommodated for travellers from our countries The pool was ok unfortunately the most hottest part of the day the pool was unable to be...

"The condo has a stunning ocean view, one of the best you can imagine. The apartent is very clean and cosy. During the work days, the beach and the pool are nearly empty. "

"Relatively newly renovated, but not much thought put into location of numerous power points in the room. They are all not near the bed. Toilet seat doesn't really cover the bowl properly. Toilet door does not close and lock. It was very noisy at night past 12midnight."

"Cleanliness of the room need improvement. There is spider web on bathroom ceiling and dead spider found in room floor."

"It was such a fast check-in at TSR hotel. From the hotel, I can walk to the beach easily and the nice restaurant is just opposite. "
