Excellent hotel. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, they made our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city. You could rent mopeds from them. Arranged rides to the city nights market and helped with day trips bookings to James Bond Island, Phi Phi island, and to the Turtle sanctuary. They have free coffee, tea, toast, and jelly available for breakfast. They communicate via WhatsApp also. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

サイトでホテルの空室があるので予約してから決済まで完了。 ホテルに向かうと、ホテル側から今日は 空室がないとの一言、支払いもされてないと言われたので、エクスペディアの予約情報の確認すると領収書まで確認出来ました。お金の返金を求めるとホテル側はエクスペディアに話してほしいとの事、エクスペディア側に相談したところ確認中から音沙汰なし 来月クレカの明細に支払い額が書いてない事を祈ります。
