Room was very clean. Housekeeping checked in on you every day and any requests were filled immediately! Definitely would stay here again!

This was a great hotel, great rooms and delicious food downstairs. The island is enchanting, simple great for swimming and hiking too.

The guesthouse was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It's a few minute walk to the center of town. And the owners were incredibly friendly. They made us a delicious snack at night and a huge delicious breakfast.

The staff is what makes this place absolutely magical. It’s location is just perfect.

If you’re going to visit Split, you should consider just one place to stay. This place has it all. Location, great service, nearby parking, stunning views, and a staff that is beyond. Jan was a perfect tour guide and host. Ana was always there with great directions and a smile. The breakfast was lovely and ample. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Highly recommended ***** + * = 6!!

I NEVER write reviews but felt I had to write one for this new family-run hotel. What a delightful experience! My father has Parkinson's Disease, and this will probably be his last trip abroad. I had to find a hotel that could accommodate his disability (he has to use a walker). You won't find a better place to stay in Split. They were all so welcoming and gave us some welcome grappa as well as detailed information of restaurants and activities. It was close, walking distance if able, but...

THIS PLACE WAS BEAUTIFUL! The staff was so friendly! The front desk was helpful when we needed towels, change for smaller bills or information about the area. Once we decided to stay outside of Split in the neighbouring town of Trogir, Brown Beach Hotel was an easy decision. On arrival, we were seated in the gorgeously designed lounge for the check in process, during which we were offered sparkling wine and cold towels to freshen up. Love the location. It's in the old city and we can walk everywhere. Our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and there are enough selections to please everyone. Quality of food was excellent.
