"The overall concept of the hub is excellent and really different from other hotels and properties. The staff need to be more engaging as well as the house keeping needs to be a little better .. such as when they come to clean the room and change towels they also need to make sure to fill other pantry items such as creamers coffee pods etc. Also you need to look into some exhaust issues in the showers as it all fogs up and the drains need to be cleared on regular basis too much clogging"

"We stayed here in Feb of 2025 and loved it then for location and service. The rooms have been refurbished and so this latest stay was quite upscale. Great shower! Fabulous buffet breakfast! Helpful front desk staff."

"We loved everything about this hotel. They had world class service from morning to night. We had a wonderful introduction to the hotel and a personal escort to our room. The breakfast was lovely, with a nice selection of premium products, and a beautiful dining room with china. We highly recommend Hotel Bernini, it was the perfect hotel in a perfect location."

"A very well maintained campsite with good amenities and a bustling friendly atmosphere on the whole. The only downside is beyond the control of the campsite and was the bus service into central Florence. Appalling service with infrequent and misleading times. Overall other than the logistics of going to central Florence I would recommend the campsite highly"
