Our room was spacious and very clean everything is modern and all wood themed which is beautiful. The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We had a great be time staying here.

Where to start. I chose this hotel for my honeymoon and I'm very happy I did. I booked the lagoon view room but when I arrived I asked to be moved to the best Lagoon room with access to the private lagoon pool and out door bed. Now what I didn't know is that they knew it was my honeymoon so in the old room they had a cake and an amazing swan made out of towels on the bed with flower pestles around it. What made me happy was when I asked to be moved to a better room, they made the same thing...

I can't recommend the Puri Santrian enough. This hotel was the main ingredient for the mostly relaxing vacation I've ever had. The check-in was flawless. My room was exceptional. Housekeeping was excellent. The staff was always there when you needed them but were not overly intrusive. The whole experience was geared to your comfort and convenience. Located directly on the beach, you have endless opportunities to enjoy all types of activities. Dining options at the hotel were exceptional....

A great place to stay with a great breakfast buffet very easy beast access, and live nighttime entertainment. We had a great time there would recommend it.Ť OK let’s see. I’m gonna wear the slacks so I got the slacks. I get the shirt the shirt I was gonna wear pants tonight. What do you like? A nice shirt OK? pass me a razor for my iPhone. It’s all in my bag all the electronics.

Poppies is a wonderful place to stay. Comfortable rooms, beautiful grounds and pool and excellent staff. We will be back!

Great location the staff was amazing plus a great value

I give the Anvaya 5 stars! I was in Singapore for work and decided to treat myself and check out Bali for a few days. It was too quick of a trip, but I wanted to do a little traveling. Upon arrival to Anvaya, I was greeted with a cold towel and ice water during check-in. The lobby space is so peaceful and calming. The staff at the hotel were incredibly hospitable. If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place. The resort is family friendly with all kinds of activities for the kids. Plus, centrally located to good bars / restaurants I think my only real issue was the size / quality of the room for the price point. I've stayed in way larger / nicer rooms for $200 a night. At least...

Would recommend garden room at minimum. Extra price not much and worth the minimal price difference. Let’s you have a much nicer experience when in the room itself or taking advantage of the spacious terrace or exposed shower. Otherwise you are facing other buildings or parking lots.

Indoor facilities were good. Outdoor bathtub was not that clean and I didn't use it. The staffs were friendly and kind. Check in and out were smooth.
