"It‘s a really nice hotel directly at the beach. Unfortunately, on the other side it‘s directly at a main road/autobahn. The first three nights, we had a room very close to the road and didn‘t get a lot of sleep because it was so loud. That made it very difficult to enjoy our vacation. We tried to change rooms after 2 nights but the staff told us the only other available room was one with a private pool that would cost us an extra 110 Euros per person per night. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "Everything is perfect. The staff are brilliant, always a smile and so helpful. The food is plentiful and a big choice. The room was modern and stylish with a great view. We would have liked more daytime entertainment but were happy to lie on sunbeds soaking up the sun. Highly recommended "
