"The resort itself is amazing. Staff is great too! But here comes the issues - extremely loud environment, unruly children running around(I have a 6 year old boy, but he has never been allowed to act like all other children), no adult supervision until early morning hours, security doesn’t do anything, parents don’t care! The parents drink until 3 am and shout, not talk in the common areas. The disco music is extremely loud, windows and walls are thin! And around 3 am when you think that you can get sleep the cleaning crew starts moving tables and the sound is horrible! Air conditioning is set to 23 C and you can’t adjust it lower. It’s monitored and managed by guest relations. Get a higher floor room not over pool to avoid the disturbance. The food is so so. Don’t even waste your time with the A La Cart restaurants especially the Asian one - you will be waiting for something that has nothing to do with sushi or Mongolian beef, tasteless small portions. You are better off eating at the Sunset main buffet style restaurant. Variety is ok. The other good restaurant is the 24/7 one in the end of the resort Waterworld. Coffee shop and patisserie’s are good. The beach is so so - has some rocks in the beginning and sand afterwards. Very small! The pool facilities are great - they get very crowded and people are keeping sun lounges from 8 am with their towels. The best part of our trip was the spa center - amazing massage options and facials. Old town Side is a must visit!"

" Extremely Disappointing Cleanliness at Rixos Park Balek - Room 2166 stay from 5th to 10th Apr I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of my room during my stay. The standards were simply not up to par. Specifically, there was a noticeable and strong stench coming from the toilet, which was highly unpleasant. Additionally, the floors were dirty, indicating a serious lapse in housekeeping. I expected a much higher standard of hygiene from a resort of this caliber, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations. I hope management takes immediate steps to improve the standards. "

"We had a couple of nights in luxury at this spa hotel. It is well appointed with good communal areas and plenty of facilities. The rooms are clean and have a fridge and tea/coffee facilities as well as a safe. There is the spa which is free to use but you pay for massages which has an indoor/outdoor pool plus sauna and steam room. There are numerous outdoor pools plus games areas. There is a private beach with adult only area and a large beach bar and restaurant. The main restaurant is a buffet with lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a number of speciality restaurants. There is also a patisserie. "

"I liked this place. My two main criticisms would be: 1. The room was quite noisy until about midnight as I think it was above a bar that was used for after show dj entertainment. That wasn't great for a sleeping small child. 2. Despite turkish cuisine being rich and flavoursome, like a lot of AI hotels, the buffet food merged into one flavour. So much so, I ate out locally. In addition, it's unusual to stay at an AI hotel for over a week and not be offered the chance for some kind of a la carte dining."

"We had a wonderful stay at Orange County Hotel! The staff were awesome — from the reception to the animation team, everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. When we arrived, the hotel Ebru kindly upgraded our room to a sea view, which made our stay even more special. It’s a great hotel where you can find everything you want. Highly recommended!
