"Not up to the same standards i expect from Novetel. Staff were not helpful and didn't mention that breakfast was included. They also seem to not be helpful in arranging taxis services."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hyatt regency. The staff were very nice and house keeping was excellent. But we were disappointed that the club room was closed due to ramadan. We wish this had been communicated to us in advance. The morning breakfast was good but the evening snacks were the same cold quiche every night which quickly got boring. It was not the club floor experience we were expecting."
