"The entire experience of visiting Addas Ababa, was excellent! The city has a million excellent views, with more than half of them from the Sheraton LUX, which offered it all, convenience, clean, shine and service, we got it all. The best was the staff. I’m coming back soon. As for all the warnings, either someone lying or those some kind soldiers"
"Reception Staff were great ,kitchen staff disappointing ( breakfast was good but not topped up regularly & menu meals were limited & disappointing plus tablecloths were dirty)
Airport shuttle was excellent
Room cleaning good
No outside roof garden Sauna was small steam room"
"An excellent hotel in every way. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the gym, café, restaurant and breakfast were all of a very high standard. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again!"
