"The property is located in a town centre which gave an outside the busy city look. The rooms are spacious and had all the amenities inside and outside except parking which is not expected in the busy street of town centre. The staff was very cooperative and responded to all communication (verbal or online) immediately. "I liked the concept of staying in a trailer or train car, although my friend and I found it to bit cramped and not so practical at times. It took us a while to find the ladder which could be used to climb into the top bunk, and then even longer to find where to stand it in order to climb into it. We both slept well and enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and had a pleasant stay overall."

"I basically requested a double room as that was available at the time but, I was down graded to a single twin bedded room because I was single. The room was never cleaned during my 3 night stay. The host was very rude and gave me a hard time when I wanted a coffee as she saw that I bought some food to have later but I had to go outside nonetheless. I was not trusted even though I said I'm eating the food later. You are treated like a school kid. Too many rules to the point that you do not feel...

"I had a lovely stay for my first solo trip. Check in was easy and everyone I talked to who worked there was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. It is located within walking distance of anything you’d like to see and right next to two good pubs. Would definitely recommend. "

"The room was reasonably nice, but you definitely need to contact and set up which room you will be in before you arrive. There is no reception for the Hostel specifically, but there is a Turkish or Lebanese restaurant below that acts as a reception. If you do not have your room number they will not be able to help you and may seem totally clueless that they are the ad-hoc reception of a hostel. "

Good hotel, would recommend.
"Pleasant hotel, good location and it was clean and quiet. My room overlooked the courtyard out the back which was nice. The only 'bad' thing I could say would be that the room was quite warm, I had to put the air-con on at night and open the window during the day. I think the hotel must be very well insulated as the only radiator I could find was a very small one in the bathroom which wasn't even on! I took the duvet out of its cover as it was too hot. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. The bed laptop table was useful as there wasn't a desk in the room. I recommend this hotel."
