Très bien pour combiner les visites et le bien etr

Très bel endroit... un petit paradis à l'écart de la ville. Le plus il y a des navettes pour le centre ville et le prêt d'un téléphone portable pour les appeler lorsque nous avons fini. La piscine est très chouette. Seul petit bémol les prix des repas à l'hôtel et le fait que le personnel se soit vraiment soucie de notre bien être le jour de notre départ

Das Hotel ist relativ neu, etwas außerhalb von Siem Reap angesiedelt.mit dem kostenlosen Tuk Tuk des Hotels gelangt man zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit in das Stadtzentrum und wieder zurück. Auch Touren zu Museen, etc. sind im Preis inbegriffen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr schön, viel Grün in der Anlage. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und für kambodschanische Verhältnisse sehr luxuriös ausgestattet. Das absolute Highlight ist das freundliche, zuvorkommende Personal. Selten wurde ich so oft gefragt ob alles "in Ordnung" wäre bzw. ob wir Fragen oder Wünsche hätten. Einen Riesen Dank an das gesamte Team, welche den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht haben

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Bungalowanlage mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Die kostenfreien Transfers in die Stadt per Tuktuk verbinden die etwas außerhalb gelegene Anlage mit dem Stadtkern problemlos. Nur zu empfehlen!

Excellent stay

We are a couple staying for four nights. We arrived early in the morning and picked up by the tuk tuk. we received a welcome drink and a cold towel. The room is huge and clean. The food is very delicious and I would say the best we had in our trip. Staff are very nice and always smiling when greeting us. They also gave us a complimentary massage which is of very high quality. On Valentine's Day the hotel prepared a rose for me which is very sweet for them. On the down side, there is a wedding party (which goes on for 3-4 days in Cambodia tradition) near us and the music is so loud and they play it all day from 5am to 11pm. The building is not built with sound proof. Also, the free tuk tuk service didnt show up on the last day of our stay. The manager explained that there was a tiny accident which we understand but it would be great if they could have called us so we don't have to wait for almost an hour in the dark. But overall we really love the hotel. Fancy built and decorated, excellent food, nice service but at one star price. Highly recommend

繁華街及びアンコール遺跡からは少し離れているため、移動には時間を要する。 部屋は広く、清潔だが、価格相応のアメニティ（詰め替えボトル入りのシャンプーのみ）と 緑豊かな周辺環境に伴う蚊の発生はマイナス。 空港送迎の事前連絡など、スタッフは笑顔で細やかに対応してくれる。 全部で10部屋しかなく、繁華街の喧噪から離れてゆっくりしたい方にはおすすめ。

Quiet, close, and just fine.

The wife an I went to Siem Reap to see Angkor and get some time away from the crowds of Beijing. Bunwin delivered admirably. Off by itself on a quiet road, there was nothing to keep us up with noise, lights, etc. If we wanted to get into town, the hotel offered free tuktuk rides, and gave us a cell phone to call for a return ride when needed. If we wanted to see the sights, a quick stop at the front desk took care of all the arrangements. The food was decent, the staff was always friendly. The only issue was that the hot water tank in the bungalow would empty out fairly quickly. Many of the amenities that are touted by the larger resorts-multiple eateries, huge pools, gyms, etc. aren't at Bunwin, but that was just fine by us. We weren't looking for somewhere that "had it all", we wanted clean and quiet. For a couple looking for a quiet, friendly location to just relax, it was almost perfect.

Okay hotel - but service and restaurant wasn't ok.

Hotellet er som sådan ganske fint, med dejlige og store bungalows. Men personalet er lidt sløvt og markant dårligere til engelsk end, hvad vi ellers oplevede i Vietnam. Maden i restauranten både dyr og ikke særlig god. Til gengæld er det dejligt med free shuttle til byen og poolen var skøn - når den altså måtte bruges og ikke var lukkes for rensning i flere timer midt på dagen.

Love The Bunwin!

We loved the Bunwin! ALL of the front desk staff and restaurant staff are wonderful! I can not say enough good things about the staff and hotel. We were made to feel very welcomed and cared for! All of the meals were great! The drivers were awesome. They took us anywhere we wanted to go. Hane(sp?)front desk manager spent some time with us one day and showed us around the area and took us to places we probably would not have seen. That really meant a lot to us! Very personal customer care! This place is a hidden gem! Loved Everything about it! Our best stay in Vietnam! Thank you!

Un lodge calme et serein, excentré des hôtels standards. On est à la fois proche de tout, la ville, les temples d'Angkor et au calme. Excellent service and hospitality

From the moment we arrived at Bunwin residence, we were made to feel welcome and at home. Staff, particularly the junior staff and manager Hen accommodated our every request. They offered unbiased suggestions on places to visit including tours of Ankhor Wat and other temples, as well as a complimentary tuk tuk service to Siem Reap centre. The room was immaculate and comfortable. We in fact cancelled a prior reservation to come back to this hotel as we enjoyed it so much.

　11月に3泊しました。ここに決めたのは口コミ（Expedia & Trip Advisor）です。アジア人があまり宿泊していないことも決めての一つでした。初日、22時過ぎにシェムリアップ空港に到着だったので、予めホテル側とメールで何度かやりとりを行い、「迎えに行く！」と、確認していたにもかかわらず、実際には40分遅れ。初の異国の地で、プラカードを持ったドライバーさんが待っていてくれないのは、とても不安でした.....。他の観光客はどんどんドライバーと会えているのに......。30分経った段階で、自分でタクシーを手配して行こうとしていたところにようやくドライバーが私の名前を書いたプラカードを持って現れました。怒りより、安堵の方が大きかったです。 ホテルは想像していたとおり素晴らしいホテルでした。街からは離れていてとても静か。夜はコオロギやカエルの声が聞こえます。周りは水田と畑なので何も無いです。ホテルに戻る前に必要なモノは買っておく事をオススメします。もちろん、TukTukは無料で携帯電話も貸してくれますから心配はいりません。ただ、ホテルのTukTukはおそらく2台しか無いので、朝なの他の宿泊客の外出時間と重なると、ドライバーはいてもTukTukが無いことがあるので、出発時間が決まっているなら予約をした方が良い場合もあるでしょう。 2日目は、個人ツアーを予約しており、朝7時にロビーにガイドが到着するはずが、これも遅れに遅れて、フロントの方に何度も電話してもらいとても助かりました。結局このガイドは1時間遅れでした。 最終日のフライトは23:30分でして、レイトチェックアウトを相談したとところ、快く応じてくれました。とても助かりました。飛行場へ向かう途中我々のTukTukがなんとパンク。スグに近くにいたTukTukへ乗り換えて無事飛行場へ到着。まぁとにかくスタッフは誰もが一生懸命が伝わってきました。 次にシェムリアップに行くとしたらBunwin Residenceはもちろん、Boutique,Plantationと系列ホテルがあるのでどれかに泊まってみたいです。

Great hotel out of the main city

This is a small hotel away from the city They do offer free tuk tuk to from airport and into the city But you have to make your own way back We enjoyed sitting by the pool after hectic days of sight seeing The staff were excelsnt but again the location has its drawbacks and advantages if you want peace and quiet The food was good and resonable price Rooms were very large

Tranquil retreat away from hustle and bustle

This small hotel is located away from Siem Reap in the neighbouring countryside. The complimentary tuk tuk service into town means that you get all the benefits of Siem Reap without the noise and crowds. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, the pool was crystal clear, the food (including complimentary breakfast) was delicious and the tours were excellent value for money. We loved it here so much we extended our stay from 4 nights to 8 and wish we could have stayed longer.

アクセスの悪さをうまくカバー

想像以上に良いホテルでした。 こじんまりしている割に人が多いのできめ細かいサービスをしてくれます。ノンビリしたい人にオススメ。 アクセスはあまり良くないですが、毎回トゥクトゥクでの送迎もしてくれますし、電話を持たせてくれるので街に居てもすぐに迎えに来てくれますので、特に不自由しませんでした。 街から離れているので夜は真っ暗、星空が綺麗でした。 値段が安くて中心部から遠くて不安でしたが、また来たいと思いました。

A reservation isn't a contract in Cambodia

They decided to split our stay up at two different properties. When your vacation is only 4 days this is really unpleasant. The rainfall shower heads are nice but there is only 5 minutes worth of hot water.

Rustig, kleinschalig resort net buiten Siem Reap

Prima, alles was goed aan de Bunwin Residence. De villa's waren uitstekend, landelijk gelegen en het personeel zeer behulpzaam. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor birding en temple tours. Ze bleken goede contacten te hebben met Engelstalige chauffeurs die je ook voor weinig buiten de gebaande paden wilden brengen. Vooral onze trip naar Koh Keh en Beng Malea was top. En als je van natuur en vogels houdt, neem dan contact op met het Sam Veasna Centre in Siem Reap, niet goedkoop maar wel goed.

the room is a bit dim

Even with the lights on the room seems a bit dim, but hotel staff has been helpful, provide tuktuk to the city for free. the ride into town is about 15mins, located in the middle of the farm field, very quiet and relaxing. a small hotel with friendly staff. overall a very pleasent experience

The location is pretty distant from the town and still it was very noisy at night. We could hardly sleep (they told us it was due to Chinese New Year). During the second they they took part of the towels and did not bring a new ones. On the next day they took all with no replacement at all. When I asked for some new ones they asked me to wait for an hour and after 2 hours they brought some which were smelling awfully of smoke. Other than those experiences, the staff was very nice (though not really understanding English well), the hotel is nice but still under construction.

Anderledes hotel

Vi kan stærkt anbefale hotellet, som ligger 10 minutter i tuk-tuk uden for centrum i landlige omgivelser. . Hotellets tuk-tuk er gratis, og du får endda en mobil med, så du bare kan ringe, når du vil hentes. Dejlig pool og fine værelser. Hotellet deltager i et træningsprojekt for de ansatte, hvilket kun gør det til en mere charmerende oplevelse.

great hotel with a few minor draw backs

The hotel was excellent anf is completely new. The pool is lovely. The rooms spacious and nicely decorated. The only issue here is the lighting as even with all lights on you can barely manage twilight. We can highly recommend the restaurant too. We ate there multiple and enjoyed it tremendously. It is quite far out of town but this allows a relaxed ambience where you only hear the birds in the trees but it also means that there are more mosquitosm. The offered free tuktuk service makes getting into town very easy at any time of the day.

great staff unique hotel

This hotel is located outside town in a local village. They provide free tuk tuk rides into town or you can order a private car. It was nice until the village had a wedding and another ceremony with very loud music late into the night. The hotel moved us to their other hotel no extra charge and it was very comfortable however the location was far from the town center. The food and service was excellent. They even brought my wife a cake for her birthday.
