Great staff

A great hotel with very nice and friendly staff. Great pool area and ok restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. A very quiet area with an easy walk to the center. They help you to book trips and tickets.

We had the best time at Central Indochine D'angkor. Staff we so lovely, room was great, loved the cocktails at the bar! Sad to leave, would highly recommend.

Très bon hôtel sur Siem reap

2 nuits au Central Angkor indochine, piscine très agréable, service au top, bon et généreux petit déjeuner. Hôtel proche de tout. Nous avons pu y faire laver nos vêtements et faire garder nos bagages toute une journée avant de prendre un bus de nuit. Chambre spacieuse, eau chaude. Petits bémols : clim bruyante, balcon pas terrible et lit un peu dur, mais ce ne sont que des détails. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Nous sommes restés 7 jours et avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel confortable, propre. Très bien situé, proche du centre ville. Tout est accessible à pieds. Le personnel est disponible, serviable, réactif, attentionné et répond à toutes nos sollicitations, ià disposition pour réserver la suite de notre voyage au Cambodge. The room was really big with lots of space to unpack. The staff were awesome, just friendly and helpful. I liked that it was walking distance to the main markets and the bars but not so close that it was too loud or too busy. The only reason i didn't rate this hotel higher was that the TV didn't work and the mini fridge was really noisy. Like really loud.

Easy to find. Safe location, walkable to everything, Pub Street only a few minutes walk. Til tuks are easily accessible and available if you don’t want to walk. The hotel arranged all of our tours and we loved the massage! I will definitely return!!!

Housekeeping could be much better. It is obvious that attention to upkeep needs to be better, I found several of the power outlets did not work. I stayed in two different rooms, in both the beds were due to be replaced. This is an older property with good bones, BUT, it's obvious the current owner is not inclined to put money into it. There is no security onsite during the day, and the General Manager is not on the property to handle guest problems.

Great value for what you get. The beds are comfy and the sheets are nice and soft. The drinks by the pool ver nice and cheap. $3.50 for cocktails. Laundry same day is nice. U’re clothes will come back very wrinkled. Line dry I’m assuming.

Nice hotel without elevator.

Had a good stay at the hotel. Good to know is that there is no elevator in the hotel and I got a room in the top floor at first which meant that I had to walk the stairs a lot with my knee that was in pain. Also there was no hot water in the shower (and the air condition needed service the first day also) I asked for a room in the first floor instead and after two day I got a room in the second floor. In this new room there was hot water in the shower and the air condition worked perfect. There is also just a very small fridge in the room and the water is served in glass bottles instead of bottles you can bring with you when you go out. Other good thing to know is that the breakfast in not a buffet, you need to order from a menu and when you order egg and bacon you get two small bacon slices and one egg (and a couple of sausage slices) The food was also cold when it got served, I tried to say that they should serve fresh cooked egg and bacon (since I needed to order from the menu) but the staff did not understand what I meant. I think that the service at the restaurant was not that good.

The hotel was very well situated. It was a 10 minute walk from the centre of Siem Reap.There was plenty of reasonably priced restaurants offering a wide range of foods from Italian to traditional Cambodian. The bars all did a happy hour,some lasting all day!! The night market was also very good offering an assortment of street foods. There were several well stocked supermarkets with in easy reach, .plus several pharmacies.The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was a bit dated but perfectly adequate. The beds were really comfortable and towels and water were replenished every day.

Ok hotel bad entrance area

The hotel was located a 10 minute walk from pub street which was ok but the area the hotel was situated in was less than desirable area the approach to the hotel needs to be seriously addressed . Once inside the breakfast was good the staff was good the room was adequate . Pool wasn't as clean as I would appreciate . Overall the hotel was ok but the entrance area and surrounding area was less desirable .

The hotel was run down the aircon was about a powerful as a table fan. They did try to sort it out but couldn’t. So I checked out and moved. To another hotel. My option. It need a full renovation. And some decent aircon

Home in Siem Reap

We spent 3 nights coming from another unbearable hotel due to the heat. We walked in the room with wow, flower paddles arranged on our bed, what a treatment. The receptionists and staffs really make us feel at home. We knew we had a great choice at that moment. It's very easy and clear/fair priced to make tour and transport arrangements with them. Angkor Wat has a big area and is very hot but we had a wonderful time staying with them. We took shower every time we came back from outside. They even offer shower after we checked out as there is room available. Their location is within 15 minutes walk from the pub street but away from the noisy area at the other side of the river. Their garden and pool are arranged nicely, guests enjoying there all the time.

Beautiful new hotel with friendly staff

Rooms are clean and spacious, and the salt water pool with a waterfall and swim up bar is a treat. The bathroom is poorly designed like most in this part of the world in that water from the shower spreads all over the floor, but they provide room flip flops which mitigate this issue. Room decor is modern with pleasant lighting, and the in room robe and tea making supplies are nice. The hotel was fairly new during our stay and they are still working out kinks in their check-in and it procedure. They missed our airport pick up but more than made up for it with a room upgrade and transfer to the airport at the end of our stay. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, and worked hard to ensure we had a great stay. The location is a bit it of the way, which we enjoyed as its more peaceful than the main part of town, but only a quick walk or bike to the action.

On my arrival, I expected a Steel safe and a TV to be in my room I was led to believe that I had been upgraded to a family room This was not an upgrade I carry a passport medical insurance and credit cards that I wanted to put in a safe whilst I was in the pool or in town. I was supplied with a wooden box with a padlock on it. No TV. I booked out after 1 night of my three night stay. I do not expect a refund. I would also recommend not using this hotel as it does not fulfil what is booked
