"Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, right in the centre of Siena. Staff were extremely efficient and helpful, room was lovely with view of the square, comfortable bed and good amenities. It’s worth bearing in mind that the rooms overlooking the street are a bit noisy from people passing by below (not the hotel’s fault) so I recommend earplugs for light sleepers. "
