Il B&B rientra all'interno della ZTL. Ma nessuno in fase di prenotazione ha comunicato tale situazione. Nemmeno che c'è un solo varco dedicato al B&B, cosicchè è facile sbagliarsi, entrare da un altro varco e poi beccarsi una multa salata. Inoltre il personale è stato arrogante, saccente e non ha messo nelle condizioni di risolvere questo problema. Non tutti abitano in città con ztl e varchi, per cui una buona informazione e una buona assistenza sarebbero stai utili.

We would definitely recommend I Tetti di Siena. It is well located, quite close to the train station but also to the main attractions. Our room was spacious, extremely comfortable and quiet. The staff was very courteous and helpful and the breakfast was very good. It is also very competitively priced. There is also a supermarket just around the corner. Excellent all round!

I couldn't get excited about the room. Solo travelers always get the smallest & worst room. I just got basic room. I was there 3 nights, slept well, no problems. Close to main street to see the sights of Siena. Nice old building renovated and modern rooms.....Breakfast included but basic. There should be better rooms here upstairs like the photo on internet. Wi-Fi O.K.

Overall the stay is good and convenient. The staffs are also friendly in recommending the places to go. However, need to improve on WIFI, couldnt connect at all.

Located near city center, in a very quiet spot, walkable distance from train station. Helpfull staff, we could check-in 2 hours before normal time, gave us instructions on how to get to most interesting spots. Nice room (double), clean, very comfortable bed (with little chocolates on pillows ;) ). New, clean, functional bathroom. Good breakfast, nice choice of food, drinks.
