"I truly love staying at this hotel, it is generally my first choice. It is close enough to walk to Greater Nevada Field, or the event center. Midtown depending on how far you want to venture you can walk or drive a short way and park and walk through the rest. Everyone in the hotel is accommodating. Whenever I have prepaid, if they can let me check in early they do or at minimum part all my stuff in the lot and then I walk around downtown. Family friendly, unique and nice bathrooms too. Love...

"This hotel is way over priced and lack of proper management. When we arrived at our room, by the door there was still a pile of garbage left by the previous owner. Inside the kitchen cabinet, the trash can was full as well. We had to call the housekeeping which was the front desk twice to have them removed. Yet the hotel has audacity to charge us $120 pet cleaning fee for just one night, which added to the bill and made it total $700, not mention the low quality breakfast choice. This is a...

"I almost never complain but my initial room was filthy. carpet was torn, smelled like urine and heavy cleaning supplies. They were nice enough to place me in a different room but that one had a used Kleenex by the bed and dead bug on the carpet. I questioned whether the sheets had been washed and decided to sleep in my clothes."

"There was no hot water in the shower and the bed was so old that the springs were sagging and every time one of us moved the other one moved. The breakfast was old granola bars and coffee that was terrible. The only ice machine is in the lobby and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed. The parking lot didn’t have enough spaces for the amount of rooms that were there. We were told to park across the street at the casino’s free parking."
