"Needed a quiet getaway, away from the beach party noice"

"We know the Estancia property well and really enjoyed staying at this Estancia unit in Cabo. Location is a corner unit on the ground level with comfortable beds, updated furniture and all the cookware essentials. We prefer Estancia (ownership) over the Villa Del Palmar (timeshare) because the amenities, rooms, service are a level above. And the pool is noticeably warmer at Estancia than over at Villa Del Palmar...a huge plus! Check-in was extremely easy and took around 5 minutes. Our kids loved...

"The property is beautiful- the view, the condo, the location - all just perfect. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. There are two grocery stores very close. Quiet location except for one night. There is a private club next door & there was a party that blasted music until 6 am one night. Other than that it is quite peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The location would be perfect except for the hill to walk up to get to the closet beach. To get to the marina, it is best to walk through the mall to avoid the hill as well. There are many great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Staff at the resort are very friendly and helpful. Ivan meet us when we arrived and took care of everything we needed with a "I take care of it" and a smile and follow through."

"Breathtaking views and almost private swimming pool , plus resort amenities, the Zoetry hotel is beautiful and we got to use their swimming pools along with service at bar, restaurant. Very safe and relaxing.will definitely stay over again.the communication with the owner was excellent. "

"This is a beautiful property in a good neighborhood. There is a park nearby as well as easy walk to the grocery store and you can get anything you need there. Only problem we had was unable to exchange USD to pesos. Alot of places do not accept credit cards. You need to tip at grocery for 2 people who bag your grocerys. Bring small bills as it is difficult to get the correct change for USD."

"Benny started us out on the right foot with a great tour of the beautiful condo and set us up with a whale watching and snorkeling trip that beat our expectations. In addition he setup a private chef, Blanca, Jesus, and Estrella were awesome and made our family an incredible feast. Our only regret was that we didnt do it earlier in the week to have time to eat all the leftovers prior to our departure. "Great for families!! Loved the ground floor condo and how the beach is right by the pool. My kids were back and forth all day. Beautiful sunrises and it’s fun to watch the boats go out in the morning and come back in the afternoon. The restaurant is absolutely delicious and we got drinks all day from the swim up bar. We will be back cause the place is so special!!"

"The listing stretches the truth a bit, such as I couldn’t see evidence of a recent remodel, but the unit did look just like the photos. It’s a beautiful, peaceful location, short walk to the pier. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. I was disappointed that the listing says there may be resort fees. When you get there, the check in paperwork and instructions in the condo, tell you what the resort fees are. There are definitely resort fees, you should fix the listing."
