"The reservation that I made with Hotels.com was not valid. I received an email the morning of my stay saying that they would not hold the room unless I called and paid in advance of my arrival. It was very confusing. I have lost confidence in Hotels.com and may use another platform in the future."

"Was very excited to stay here after reading good reviews but was very disappointed. Charged extra to check in early. Room was dirty and bathroom tile was coming apart. AC stopped working. Water stopped running. Horrible experience especially when traveling with a baby."
