"This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool. We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area. The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck. "If you want to stay in South Pasadena, this property has an excellent location as so much is walkable - the train, the grocery store, lots of restaurants, the library. We appreciated also that there are a lot of spices and some condiments and that food preparation was easy. It is nice to have an office space if one is doing some work. It is a small space."

"Beautiful Building, great location, friendly staff. I stayed in a group room and it was clean and had a nice window to the street. Bring all your own toiletries, an extra towel and a lock to close the roomy in-room locker. My car was brought to and from the lot by a valet with very little wait time-the parking was pricey but worth it in DTLA. The valets told me to take everything out of the car as the lot is not that secure. My vehicle escaped any trouble in the 24 hours I was there. Great place to stay in LA!!"
