Perfect location to explore Granada. The staff was tremendous and helpful and the amenities were wonderful We found this a very restful and delightful hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel

Amazing. We booked just two nights then ended up staying a week! We hiked to gorgeous mountain tops with the help of the staff, we lounged by the pool, slept like babies in the comfy beds, bathed like kings in the updated bathrooms and had amazing views from the two rooms we stayed in. Breakfast was bountiful. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Lola at reception speaks amazing English, made us laugh, helped us in everyway possible! Everyone was so helpful from the front desk to the servers at breakfast. Fabulous location. Truly steps away from the Alhambra entrance. Very tranquil and nicely finished. Beautiful and safe walk down into town - nature filled locarion. I will be back!!

This was a nice hotel, everything was clean and comfortable. My only complaints are my usual, never enough towel racks, and if you have a large suitcase its a tight squeeze unless you unpack it.

The place was gorgeous and staff were superb. Room was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed though that the 20% off on food and beverage could not be used in the bar eating area and applied only in the main dining room.

The room was fantastic, huge comfortable very quiet and well equiped. Parking was for extra fee, near indoor accessible w some difficulties for small car. Excellent location, helpful staff.

Siam at the front desk made our trip wonderful. She guided us with maps, tour set-ups, and most of all: kindness. The hotel was quaint and comfortable and we had an amazing balcony room with a view of Alhambra. Definitely the highlight of our trip. Note: Like many European hotels, there is no elevator.

Clean and comfortable, helpful staff. Nice roof deck area with small pool. Slightly outside main tourist area.

Convenience to Alhambra, old neighborhoods of Granada, dining and shopping options was outstanding. Hotel has lots of character and is nicely updated to include all amenities one would expect in a modern hotel. Overall a fantastic stay, better than anticipated! Only downsides are that parking is limited and quite tricky (though hotel staff is very helpful in this regard) and the breakfast buffet is very limited especially for the cost (15 Euros, I believe).
