The staff were great!

We loved this hotel. A little old fashioned, but the room was full of character, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. The staff and the the atmosphere made us feel very welcome and relaxed. There is a bar and a restaurant on site. Definitely recommend it, would stay there again at the drop of a hat. About 2 minutes from the motorway and a lovely area to walk in. Shop and petrol station directly opposite. Perfect.

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento de Calido Valdebebas. Es muy cómodo, incluso mejor que un hotel, y está muy bien situado para quienes tienen que ir a la T4 del aeropuerto. La comunicación inicial podría mejorar: no respondieron a mis mensajes después de hacer la reserva y el proceso de llegada fue algo complicado. Cuando llegué, no encontré sitio para aparcar en la calle y, después de hacer el check-in, pagué 10 euros por el aparcamiento. No me habían avisado de que, para acceder al garaje, hay...

Excelente ubicación y habitaciones impecables

This is a unique hotel. It's quite different from a traditional American hotel, but it has all what you need for a relaxing stay. The breakfast is basic, but nice to have. Staff are very friendly, but the language was a barrier. It would have helped if I knew some Spanish! Hotel management communicates via Whatsapp, which was helpful when I asked for an iron and ironing table.

Beautiful place, center of historic area, beautiful view from terrace. Mattress in bed need an upgrade, sleeping not as comfortable. Other than that great experience.

It was very nice! Gabe was very helpful with direction and understanding how to get around. I felt like I was home and it felt very nice having all the amenities of an actual home plus more! Will definitely be back!

Loved everything

We truly liked the very minimalist , elegant, stylish look of this seventeen century monastery. The spa area with a beautiful navy blue swimming pool lit by hundreds of small white lights from the bottom was very impressive, as well as all the treatment rooms for massage, facial, etc... Their breakfast was the best of all the hotels we stayed, either by their quality or their variety or their presentation.don't miss their chocolate and delicious churros.
