"While still an Icon In Reno this hotel is underwhelming in many ways."

"Parking was a problem…had to circle the lot a lot to find a space…seems that you are competing with casino visitors for hotel parking spaces.. the only other issue I had was the toilet size..So small that it was uncomfortable to use..especially for a man. I will say the place was very clean and comfortable otherwise but, no pun intended a comfortable toilet is important."

"The room was clean and had surprisingly good sound barrier. In the hall, the room next door to mine was quite loud, but as soon as I entered my room I could not hear them at all. All the staff I interacted with was incredibly cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was simple, prepackaged items, coffee, instant oatmeal, granola bars, yogurt... The bed was firm and the a/c worked great. I'll absolutely stay again the next time I'm in Reno/Sparks. "

"I had to switch rooms twice because sinks did not drain. The hotel may have a plumbing problem. I was happy with the shuttle system. The driver was friendly."

"The host was very welcoming. Amenities were ok. Yard was not clean. Cupboard dishes were dirty. There was not enough cooking and eating utensils and pots and pans. There were no board games in the house for a fun family evening. The beds in all five bedrooms were has hard as a rock. No one slept very good."

"Host was excellent. She checked to make sure everything was going ok. Arrived earlier than expected and was able to do an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Location was perfect. Very roomy and spacious. Will accommodate a lot of people. Highly recommended. "
