The luxurious primary bedroom has bright decor, access to the inviting upstairs deck, and a stunning ensuite bathroom complete a walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom is a whimsical dream for kids, adorned with Sea Life artwork and equipped a bunk bed and a TV. We LOVED our stay here. We were cancelled from another property 2 days prior to us leaving and Prime Vactions had the perfect house. The ONLY issue was that there were two men that came into the house 3 hours before we needed to leave, didn’t introduce themselves and quickly left.

Great Stay at Beautiful Home

We loved our stay at this property in Siesta Key. We couldn’t get our kids out of the pool with the awesome slide long enough to even go to the beach. Very walkable to Siesta Key Village and all of the restaurants and entertainment there and very close to the beach.

Great family trip at On The Rocks! Perfect in town location with a quick walk to shops, restaurants and beach. The pool/slide in the back yard was a big hit with the kids! Thanks to the property management team for quick responses on check in and check out. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

Siesta Key Vacation

We are 4 couples that have been traveling together for 10+ years. We had an awesome time at this property and loved Siesta Key. Would love to visit again. Beautiful home!!!

We loved staying in this beautiful home. It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable for our family of 8. The backyard and pool area was so accomodating and the younger adults had so much fun. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house, and the village area is right down the street. We would definitely recommend this home. The management company was extremely responsive and took care of every question/need in an expeditious manner. The entire experience was amazing.

Great location

We were there for a girls trip. The location was wonderful, the house was spacious and beautiful. The staff was always available, and responded quickly for questions. There was a few issues with cleanliness with a bathroom, and the outside area. They offered to have the cleaning crew come back, but we just cleaned it up ourselves.

Mother/daughter retreat

This home was perfect for our large group of 15. The rooms were exactly what we needed with the adjoining ensuites. The pool was a hit for the whole group. The location was perfect for a short walk to shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach was a short walk and great! I would definitely rent this home again. A ground floor half bath would’ve been the only thing we would’ve liked. Otherwise, amazing property.

Love this house

The property is absolutely stunning. There was a towel holder and 2 toilet paper holders that are loose, but it’s a rental so I’m sure it’s to be expected. Siesta Key village and the market are a short walk away and the beach is about a 2 block walk. Red tide made us not be able to enjoy the beach much but the pool and slide were amazing! Would definitely be back.

Our house, “On the Rocks”, was incredible! 12 friends were celebrating my pre-70th !

We had the best weekend ever at this property. I still can’t get over how fantastic everything was, from the house, the backyard with the poor/slide, hot tub, a huge island table that seated 14 people- I can go on and on. The property manager, Kim, met our every need. I can’t imagine anything that could’ve been any better! Awesome weekend for everyone! ❤️💯

Beautiful house with every amenity!

Ideal layout! We had so much fun in the hottub, cooling off in the pool, sliding down the slide, watching football from the pool, playing golf, billiards, grilling lunch, and card games outside. Appreciated the beach chairs that we could easily carry to the gorgeous soft, white sand of the Gulf. Short walk to the Village made every evening spectacular. And, seating all 10 of us at the fantastic kitchen table for breakfast and late night card games made the week even more special. We enjoyed it very much!!

Family Vacation 2023

This house was everything it said it was! The king suits were large and large enough to also put pack and plays in for our new little family members! The bunk room held 5 of the grandkids comfortably and had room to play in. So we had 8 adults and 8 kids in the bedrooms more than comfortably! The beds were comfortable and clean and all had their own attached bathrooms which were all large and very clean! The front of the house was large enough for all of us to gather in while eating and hanging out. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked for any cooking we did. The pool area and backyard was absolutely perfection! The kids and adults loved the slide and waterfall, day and night! There was tons of space for all of the adults to sit and hang out and soak up the sun while watching small kids play in the water! There were also many games of putt putt played during the week! The location of this house could not be more perfect also! The beach was a 5 minute walk at the most! We could walk to most any place to eat in 3 to 5 minutes. But you never would have known how close you were because when outside it was quiet! It was so perfect for our group with 8 kids under 9 years of age. You could load up a couple wagons and walk to the beach or dinner in minutes, we only used the rental cars basically to get groceries. We spent most days pool side, load the wagons around 4, walk by the daiquiris deck, then head to the beach for fun! We will rent again for sure!
