  • This Gulf side unit has beautiful tile throughout the common area and bathrooms. Off white marble tile grace the two bedrooms. The master bath is Italian marble, and has two sinks. The bedding is described above, but all the beds have pillow top mattresses. Max Sleeping is 4.
    The dining area is wrought iron, with a glass top table. The kitchen is equipped with new, top of the line appliances. The countertops are molded Corian both in the kitchen and the master bath. You also may dine outside on the balcony where you can get a great view of the gulf and beach. | Air conditioning, Master Bedroom-1 King, 2nd Bedroom-two twins, Ceiling fans, top floor of the building, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, full size laundry, elevator, covered parking next to elevator; TV- 55” flat panel with DirecTV Satellite and movie channels, master bedroom has digital TV and a DVD, high Speed WIFI, free phone service to USA, Canada, the United Kingdom,France, Italy and Germany included, and a great gulf view.

August 2019 Stay

Once again we have been fortunate to stay in Unit 503GS, which is so very nicely maintained. Unfortunately, 'mother nature' was not cooperating.... nevertheless as always we had a wonderful time with our kids who were able to meet us for most of the week at Siesta Key. Hopefully we will be staying at the same unit next year. By the way, I love the upgrade to the second bathroom, very nicely done!

Beach chairs big improvement but one person should not be able to gather ten other condo lanierds to safe a ton of chairs in the front so nobody else gets chairs even though they got up early. Price jump over last few years made us jump ship next year and go next door.

October at Siesta Key

Reviewer Comments: Excellent location and good views.just a few things could have been better in the apartment.The top cover on the bed was stained and turned cover to hide the fact and the sheets/pillow cases in master bedroom could do with renewing. We didn’t use the second bedroom and didn’t inspect the sheets there but the TV cabinet had a door missing and a broken handle on the door that was there. Shower in main bedroom had an annoying constant drip.The sun chair on the balcony was looking rather worse for wear too.Updated kitchen was beautiful and overall we had a lovely week.The whole property was kept very clean,pool area spotless and there were always plenty of beach beds & chairs available.

Guys were hoping for a recliner in LR but otherwise very nice - everything we needed. Cleaning staff was also great. Toilet ran all night (terribly annoying)and we contacted office and they sent Lee who tried to fix it but was unable due to a part he could not get. He was awesome also.
