  • 5209A Calle Menorca - It does not get any better than this location! 5209 A Calle Menorca is one of four condos, on the property, in the heart of Siesta Key Village. This is a bottom floor unit. The interior is bright, airy and conducive to a beachy vacation while the exterior screams vacation with two pools and a tiki bar. Make your reservations fast because these will not remain available for long, especially in prime season.

    All photos, calendar dates, and rates on this website are 100% accurate. All of our homes include cable TV, Wi-Fi, quality linens, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Our kitchens are stocked and include pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs and other items. The unit is supplied with some basic household needs (starter roll of toilet paper and paper towel one garbage bag). SBR does not supply toiletries, hair dryer, iron or ironing boards during your stay.

Great July 4th Vacation

The property was as advertised! Great location for all of the Siesta Key activities! The unit was very spacious and cozy for my family with adult children. There was plenty of room for everyone! We would definitely stay here again! We had a wonderful stay!

I don’t think you could ask for a better location! Everything is working walking distance, shopping, beach, bars, restaurants. The pool was clean, a great relaxing area after a long day out and about town. We would definitely stay again :)

Check in was easy, no issues with access. Close proximity to beach, town and market. You do hear bands late at night on weekends, from inside so if you are looking for late night quiet this may not be ideal. However, we just slept with the tv on and it was easily ignored. Property was clean and well maintained and the back pool and sitting area was a wonderful add for the breezy cooler parts of the day.

Great Location and Property

I visited Siesta Key for a long weekend to decompress with my dog. This property was well maintained both inside and out, and the location is perfect. It is right by the best restaurants and bars in the village and just a short walk to the beach. The only time I needed to talk to Scott was to ask to extend my stay. He was very nice and helpful.

This condo has a great location !! It's close to a grocery store. Liquor store, shops and restaurants !! Also just a short walk to the beach. Also loved the tropical vibe of the back yard with a spa/pool and cute grass style hut for drinks alo g with hammocks. Will definitely rent again !!

This house was perfect for our girl’s trip! The location couldn’t be any better…..walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, the market, and the beach. This was also a great location to catch the free trolleys and explore the rest of the island. The private pool was great for those lazier days! Definitely did not disappoint!

Fall Break in Siesta

Loved how close we were to the beach and village! We parked the car in the driveway and didn’t move till we left Tuesday. Enjoyed the dipping pool out back also. The teens enjoyed the space as well. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise!

Beautiful condo in the perfect area

We loved our stay here! The condo was just as described and has everything needed for your stay. The pool area is such a little haven to relax in after a busy day. The condo is right around the corner from the Market and the main strip with shops, restaurants and bars. It is very easy to walk to everything and there is a trolley to take to the beautiful Siesta Key beach and the other beaches farther down the strip. Scott answered all questions immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We loved the outside porch and the tiki hut. It was such an easy walk to the Village but a bit further from the beach than we’re used to. Worth the walk to be able to bring our little pups. Dog friendly properties can be sketchy, but this one was very nice! My only issue was the super firm mattresses. My husband was comfortable, but it took a couple of nights for me to acclimate from our sleep number bed to the memory foam.

Family Vacation

Probably would not stay here again with family. Could have been cleaner. Lights for the pool did not work. Kitchen utensils dirty we had to clean them ourselves. There was a bachelorette party staying next door would stay up past 4AM each night and could hear everything they were doing. I would not recommend staying here with your family or little children. This property in my opinion would be more for your bachelor/bachelorette parties with the location being close to liquor store bars and restaurants. The only plus I would say for us was location and the fact that they supplied a wagon and chairs for us to use at the beach that's about it.

Siesta Key Getaway

My stay was very nice. The property is in a very good location with parking. Property was as described, however I found that there were 2 omissions in the description. I chose this property because it said ground floor. As my husband and I did not want to carry luggage up stairs. And also our dog , can not negotiate stairs. Upon arriving, I found that there was 4 steps to get to front door and also this is a 2 level condo. There are 4 steps to get to bedroom. This was a problem for our dog and we didn't like carrying luggage up steps. Luckily our dog only weighs 30 lbs , so we were able to pick him up. There is no description about the steps in the listing and no pictures. Otherwise, very nice stay and I believe management should add to description . For most people , I realize this is not a problem , but should be stated in the description
