Little business Mostly leisure

This is our second year in a row staying here. Very clean, called ahead of check-in asking for a fan for our bedroom upon arrival there was a fan in room waiting, online pictures are exactly what everything looks like, location is good, easy check in process no mater what your arrival time is, they even made accommodations for a parking request we had, Yes we plan to stay @The Beach Club on Siesta again

Good family stay

Good, quiet place to stay with family. Short walk to the beach. Very clean. Nice short walk to food and ice cream. Note that there is NOT an elevator so if you have a big cooler for the family be mindful of which level you choose.

The Beach Club at Siesta Key unit #200C

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and was a good choice for my family. Although it did not have a direct view of the beach, the short walk to the beach was easy and quick. The common area of the condo building was fun to hang out in due to other guests who were friendly and shared southern stories because it was their family reunion. Easy walk to places to eat and a 7-Eleven.

Great apartment in a great location

Loved this 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment. Exactly as featured on the website. Great facilities throughout, including the kitchen which was well equipped and very useful to have a washer and dryer plus a dishwasher. Such a good location so close to the beautiful beach. We made use of the beach chairs and umbrella. Good spot for local dining options and shopping (we used our car but you can walk to a few local bars and restaurants). Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds. We’ve stayed at other accommodation in the immediate vicinity and found this to be a reasonable price and would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful 4 nights.

Decent condo, except for mattresses

Great location with walkability, Condo was slightly dated, but clean. Shower in king bed room leaked, kitchen chairs are not very sturdy. Overall, decent condo, biggest complaint is the mattresses, they are loud and the most uncomfortable, very hard, loud. I almost checked to see what decade they were from, thinking the 1950’s

Check in was horrible. Check in time 4 pm. We were about 20 minutes early & no one was at the front desk. We waited closer to 45 minutes until the supervisor arrived, after calling a few numbers listed, including her cell phone, before finally answering. Corporate was helpful but they had a hard time tracking her down. Once she arrived she was friendly & did provide an upgrade. But she waiting closer to an hour to get in our unit was frustrating & unprofessional.

Great place to stay on the Key!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit several times! We live in Sarasota and this place is a perfect little get away. We love the location, super close walk to the beach. Sand is just steps out the door. Across the road is 7/11, a little strip mall with a pizza restaurant and a few other places to eat. And a little bit further is a couple great little restaurants and bar. Spearfish Grille is one of our favorites. All within walking distance. The unit is always clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We like to stay in building C, away from the pool but it faces the water. Little hard to get a great view with a few taller buildings in front, but I prefer the privacy over the pool view. You won’t be disappointed.

2 BR/2 BR suite w kitchen

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent three nights at The Beach Club June 2025. This was our second stay after having spent three nights in September 2022. Our first visit 2022 was semi-miserable due to other residents staying up in the pool to laugh, shout, scream, and play music til 3:00 a.m. At that time, I could find no contact info for management, so I called Sarasota police dept who came out and made a useless visit. I basically had two nights of almost no sleep. My recent visit was much more pleasant, management on site and visible, pool quiet at night. I would say do a Google and see if Sarasota County and/or Siesta Key have new noise ordinances. In June 2025, The Beach Club was clean, quiet, family friendly, suite well stocked w extra towels/linens. 150 yd walk from beach. AC worked well, AC unit a little loud at night. Grocery store, convenience store, restaurants, beach shops all within 2,3,4 minute walk. Beach is @ 150-200 yards from the Beach Club. I’m guessing The Beach Club was built in the 80s or 90s, but is well maintained with showers, appliances, TVs updated.

Good location, not a comfortable condo

The location was great and very walkable to many amenities. When booking we were under the impression we'd have beach service; however we did not. The listing says 'beach chairs are first come first serve.' Which means there are some beach chairs and umbrellas at the complex you can take with you; however you're lugging and setting them up. Not what we were accustomed to. The condo itself was poorly stocked and the seating options and beds were awful. Lets start with the beds...first off, you couldn't move in them without it creaking and making noise at all. You also felt as if you were sitting in a well and they've been overused. New mattresses would work miracles there. The living room boosts one couch that sit 2 comfortably and some chinsy kitchen chairs. So, for a family of 3 we were unable to all sit comfortably in the living room to watch a movie at night. The kitchen was also lacking some basic supplies such as pizza cutter, scissors, spatulas and cooking spoons. It was also a bit dirty when we arrived as we found several dusty spots and candies still laying on the floor in corners of the room. We did call the management office and got a response the following day. They brought us some extra pots and pans to cook with; however they literally just went out and bought the cheapest set and set them at the door. We opened, clean and made them cook ready. They also came by to tighten up the bed due to the constant creaking however that only did so much.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd time staying at this location. Its location to the beach is only 2 min walk. The price is great for location, amenities and spacious rooms. The dishwasher wasn't working and we notified staff but it wasn't fixed during our stay. The bathrooms around the shower could use a little extra bleach for the mold in the corners outside the shower. Besides that, it was amazing. 7/11, liquor store, restaurants, etc all walking distance across the street. We used the grill by the pool. They need cleaning and a lighter. Pools are clean and lots of beach chairs and floats to use at the pool or beach!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at the Beach Club and even though the location is fabulous, it’s probably the last time we stay there because the quality has gone down. Our dishwasher was broken upon arrival, and our dishes were dirty. We notified the front desk, who was very nice, but unable to resolve the issue during our 10 day stay. The master shower heat/cool lever kept falling off, and the water ran cold. Again, we notified the front desk, and she did send someone up to look. It was halfway fixed and usable, at least. We couldn’t get beach chairs for the first few days because of other tenants hoarding them.
