    Holiday House 1 is a wonderful retreat for those looking for a place to enjoy in Siesta Key that seamlessly pairs comfort and convenience. This home away from home enjoys an open floor plan, creating an enhanced sense of space throughout. Guests will also appreciate the large windows that allow for ample natural light flow and a great view too. The living room in Holiday House 1 hosts a leather sofa in front of a TV with streaming services for added entertainment value. Large sliding glass doors lead out to the screened deck area.

    The kitchen in Holiday House 1 is a fully equipped space where guests can serve up breakfast, lunch, or dinner with ease. This culinary area includes sleek black countertops matched up with custom white cabinetry stocked with cookware. The collection of stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen is complement by the gray, white, and black tile backsplash beautifully. When it's time to enjoy a meal, guests can easily gather around the table for four topped with greenery that sits between the kitchen and living room.

    When it's time to rest up after a day of fun, the bedroom in this property is an oasis of tranquility. Here, guests can fall asleep on a queen-size Casper mattress. Ample dresser and closet space.

    Twin size roll-a-way beds are available in the unit for guests 3 and 4.

Siesta key stay

This place is perfect for a beach getaway. It’s a block from the beach and a mile from several restaurants. The pool in the backyard was perfect after the day at the beach to relax. Would definitely come back again!

A beach getaway with my daughter.

My daughter wanted to celebrate her 16th birthday at the beach. This was the perfect place for us. Walking distance to the beach and close to everything. We loved it!!

Nice place and great location.

Lovely place. Had everything we needed. Short walk to gorgeous beach. New bathroom was nice...lack of shower stall door or curtain is a weird choice, but certainly not a deal breaker!

Great location by beach on a quiet street

We loved our visit. The rental had what we needed to cook some meals. The screened porch gave us a place to unwind and take in the outdoors without any bugs. They had great chairs, coolers,toys,ect for use at the beach (which was a couple minute walk).We would absolutely stay again.

Nice, clean place at the beach

I enjoyed this accommodation. Walking distance to beach, food, entertainment. That said, the location is quiet. Could hear the party upstairs a bit, but it wasn’t an issue. I would return.

Great stay. I would return.

Mostly quiet neighborhood. Easy and quick access to beach. Was concerned about no door on the indoor shower. It was difficult to not get entire floor wet. Was below family that had heavy footsteps, otherwise the stay was fantastic. I would recommend to family and friends.

Access Code

The email(s) said go to the portal and you will receive all of the access information the day of the arrival. I checked the portal and no access code. We arrived after 5 pm and called the office number (then emergency number) for the access code.

Great location for family beach trip!

Solid 4.5 stars due to location and the inside being exactly as described so rounded up. The location was great for a quick walk to the beach, and my family loved snorkeling at Point of Rocks. Since there was no parking at this beach access, the beach didn't get too crowded. Inside the apartment, everything was as described. A couple of minor fixes would be nice (hooks in the bathroom were loose and the closet door sticks) but overall, it was great. The only two bigger negatives were the shower and the curtains on the patio door. Without a shower curtain or door, water just got everywhere, and we ended up using the towels to mop up daily. Good thing the washer onsite was free. The curtains on the patio doors were not wide enough so there were gaps, and people could see in from the pool area. This was not a huge deal but can be a little unnerving. Overall, we enjoyed our time there!

Perfectly Fine

Holiday House 1 was a perfectly fine place to stay; it’s a small but very comfortable and functional unit, in a good quiet neighborhood, and most importantly is only a short walk to the beach. It is not really a “high end” unit and has a few little issues, none of which particularly bothered us. The lack of a shower curtain has been mentioned often in prior reviews and it’s silly they haven’t addressed it - but if they don’t mind a bit of water on the floor, then we didn’t mind either…30 seconds with a towel and all’s good. The fanlight in the bedroom is missing a couple of globes, but the light works fine. The beach chairs provided were kind of sketchy, etc. The dishwasher and a/c are loud - but you get used to it. Again, all minor items that didn’t bother us. The pool in the back is shared with the other units but is nice and peaceful. We really enjoyed it after soaking up sun on the beach, which is only a short block and a half away. The kitchen is nice, and is reasonably stocked for a rental unit, although no “staples” (oil, spices etc). Unit is nicely sized for 2 - might be a bit tight for more. Bedroom is small, but has good built-in drawers, and the bed is pretty comfortable overall. My biggest gripe was the pricing listed - the total nightly cost ended up being over half again more than advertised price when taxes fees etc, were added on, which put the unit at a more premium price in my opinion. The communication with agency beforehand was very good - and we never had any issues during the week that we needed to call for. Overall, the place worked out perfectly fine for us. Given the bottom line price, I might look at a slightly more “premium” place next time, but we absolutely enjoyed our stay, and I would have no qualms whatsoever with staying here again.

Very nice place — hope to return!

This unit is the perfect size for a couple. Very clean. Fast, friendly response from maintenance when contacted for a minor issue. The gas grill was a big plus. The small pool just steps outside the door was a nice, relaxing feature. Location was perfect for us — a quiet residential neighborhood & just a short easy walk to the public beach. And the beach chairs, towels, etc were a bonus! I would suggest you bring along your own (or be prepared to purchase) salt, pepper, seasonings, olive oil or spray, etc since they were in short supply. Everything considered, it was a great place for the price. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Very short walk to beach. Nice pool and no crowds with only four units. we had a few maintenance issues but all were responded to quickly.

Would stay again

it was really close to the beach where we spent most of our time. it was clean when we arrived. i wish there was a way we were able to turn the light on in the pool. it was a good stay over all
