  • *** UPDATE January 2025 - We recently did a major update to our property. We addressed all issues from our previous guests. A total deep cleaning was done from top to bottom. We got a beautiful new couch w/ a chaise, ottoman and 2 new arm chairs to relax in. The chaise can be used to sleep an additional person, but it is not a pullout bed. All new linens, towels, a new tv to accompany the queen bed in the guest room, new kitchen utensils, glassware, dishware and cookware. We purchased new beach chairs, new coffee maker and a host of other items for a better overall experience.

    *We do not have an elevator on property. Even though it is listed, VRBO can't seem to remove it from the description.

    Welcome to Cozy Cove located just 1 minute from Turtle beach & 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. Amazing water views and a FREE Trolley that runs steps away from our location to Siesta Key Beach & Village. Our guests love it. We have a beautiful 2 story - 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath which sleeps up to 5. TV's in all bedrooms & Smart TV in the living room. We are located on Turtle Lagoon and you can walk to nearby restaurants and Turtle beach next door. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets that have made Siesta Key world-famous. Completely furnished with all the amenities of home including WI-FI & Smart TV Access. This vacation rental is in a great location. The Cozy Cove community, comprised of six intimate units, includes a shared pool, reserved parking, a private boat dock, and just a few minutes away is the Turtle Beach public boat ramp. Boat rentals and water sports available nearby. Additional features include private washer/dryer, fully loaded kitchen, real fireplace, wireless internet, towels, beach chairs, and 2 private patio decks.

    *There is a $150 cleaning fee and no other hidden fees by us for the prices quoted except for the 12% Florida tax & the VRBO fee which is added onto the quoted price when booked. We cannot control VRBO fees. * There is no elevator onsite.

The apartment was very clean. It was priced reasonably. It was also close to the beach & the tram was a plus. We watched manatee & dolphins from the dock. We would definitely stay here again.

We have been staying at Cozy Cove for the past 5 years and it is definitely our favorite place! We love having the bay in our back yard to fish and see all of the cool wildlife while still being able to watch our kids play in the pool! The sunsets are breathtaking! This is definitely our favorite home away from home!

Host Vic is awesome! Quiet and peaceful place! It's so so close to Turtle beach and the village is a Trolley or Frog Hop away! I am sorry to say I won't be able to stay there anymore after several trips because I found a little dream home and will be moving to Sarasota!

We had a wonderful stay! Easy walking to the beach and when we felt like going into town for some fun or food, we hopped on the free trolly. Our kids enjoyed the pool and did some fishing on the pier! The condo was clean, comfortable, and they supply extra beach supplies which is so helpful to not have to pack or buy extra stuff! We hope to be back someday!

Great location

Parking was great. My kids did not want to go in the pool because "it was cold and had a lot of bugs". Distance to the beach was awesome. Location was great. The property was a bit outdated but was still an enjoyable place to stay. The beach accessories that were made available were also great. There was a wagon, chairs, and umbrellas which made the beach much more enjoyable.

Just perfect

Loved the location the water out front and close to Turtle Beach and walking distances to restaurants. Can't wait to go back. Loved the town and the vibe.

This is our second time staying here and we had a wonderful time. We spent most of the days dropping our paddle boards into the water and paddling down to midnight pass. The convenience of being close enough to restaurants but still being far enough away to enjoy our quiet time was a perfect mix! Can’t wait to return!

It was just 0.2 miles to Turtle Beach, with plenty of parking. We enjoyed being south on the island with very little traffic and noise. The house was comfortable including the master bed. Some of the appliances were old but in working condition. Enjoyed having covered parking with plenty of room.

Quiet & Convenient: Near Turtle Beach

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious property, ideally located within a short walk of both the lovely Turtle Beach and a convenient trolley stop. Condo had everything we needed, very clean.

Living the Florida life

Our stay was awesome. The villa is close to everything; beach, restaurants, shopping and, yes, manatees! Older place, but very clean and comfortable beds.

Its close to Turtle beach and Kayak rental and Trolley. I have stayed here before! One of my friends slept on the sofa and was very comfortable

Great time

Close to the trolley station which was nice. Quiet neighborhood, Turtles on the Bay restaurant is across the street and was really nice if you don't want to deal with the trolley. Place was clean and nice.

Great place!

My family of four had a great week here! We loved the location, and the trolley was so convenient. Vic was very helpful and answered right away with any questions or needs. Would definitely come back!

It was a nice place with the pool at the house and the beach within 10 minute walking distance. Night fishing off the dock bending the house was nice. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

Month stay

Quiet area of Siesta Key with trolley access. Very comfortable bed and great communication with host. Pool is beautiful but not heated. Enjoyed sitting by lagoon and watching the dolphins. Would stay again.

We were totally happy with the location, setup, cleanliness, etc. Having two bedrooms was great for our family. Everything was communicated clearly and helpfully.
