"Great for families! We booked a Superior Deluxe room for 2 adults and 2 kids but we were upgraded to an executive suite on arrival free of charge. This meant we didn’t have to pay the £12 parking charge and you get a complimentary drink each. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very large. "We loved the location of Leonardo Royal and the staff. Hotel is a 10 minute walk (with luggage) from the main train station. There are steps and a passageway right thru the property leading up to The High Street, which has numerous restaurants, pubs, churches, and at the top, Edinburgh Castle - all walking distance. Staff were wonderful, stored our luggage until check in, offered directions and dining suggestions. Would stay here again."
