Owner was generally quick to respond to a couple questions I had. Super easy to check in (got note saying it was available for earlier check in) and check out. "The appartement was very complete and on a beautiful location with a stunning view on the mountains. The Burn family is very kind and we had some very interesting and nice conversations together. Please check the wooden creations made by mr. Burn, amazing! We also did numerous hikes in the vicinity, a very enjoyable place to spent our holiday. We surely think of going back in spring time. "We were a group of 9- multi- generational with ages 8 to 70. This home was very family- friendly with lots of spaces to spread out, and a large dining table for gathering for meals. It is a bit of a hike to get there, including 60 steps, but quiet and in a lovely setting with a great view of the Jungfrau from the balcony and back terrace. "You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches. "
