The hotel is great. Rooms are big modern and clean, the view of the lake is fantastic , and the staff is excellent. It is however a bit of a walking and 15 min of public transport to go to Zurich so may not be the most convenient place to stay if you want to spend a lot of time in Zurich..

Excellent in all ways.Be sure to check out Ruen Thai a few doors down if you stay here. It’s the best Thai food I’ve ever had!

This hotel is conveniently next to the airport with a connecting walkway. But it’s unlike any airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s super clean and stylish - reminded me of a fancy tech campus - surrounded by posh restaurants and work spaces. The park (circle) is walkable and the view at the top is pretty. We loved everything about this hotel; situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood , a block away from the picturesque Lake Zurich park and a short distance walk to the train station, the hotel itself is very nice, clean and quiet. Staff is super courteous and helpful. The included. The included breakfast was super rich. Would definitely stay here again if visited next time.

Very pleasant. Five minute walk to old town and major shopping street. Roof top sitting area to enjoy a view on to the city with a drink. Restaurant, sitting area etc. Well done in keeping with a smaller European hotel.

The rooms are really big and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with a very large spread of food and high quality. The location is also very good. Close to zurich airport and 7 mins to downtown.

Rooms were excellent and spacious with a sitting area. Shower was very large and water pressure was great. Only drawback was that pillows were to thick and difficult to sleep with. Great location and walking distance to mall and restaurants

The hotel is close to old city and train station. It is very comfortable. The bed and the pillows , also the bathroom was really nice specially the shower.

The Dolder Grand is simply the finest hotel in which I’ve ever stayed. From staff service to the amenities of which there are many, to the accommodations themselves, the Dolder Grand is unmatched in quality by any standards.

We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our Switzerland trip. We arrived around 11 am and we were able to check in early. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shopping etc but it also wasn’t loud at night as we slept with the window opened every night. The hotel thought of every little detail. On arrival, one could have a cool drink. An easy walk to the airport for an early morning flight. Coming to the hotel we walked on the outside. The hotel staff told us of the shorter way. Coffee, croissants, and apples were available, at no charge, for all of us early birds to take with us.
