"Great location and views. Rooms were above expectations. It’s right next to vitznau ferry terminal as well as mount Rigi rail. Beautiful experience here. Only negative is Uber doesn’t come here so make sure to prebook taxi on the way in and out, or if you have light luggage use the 502 bus and connecting trains or ferry to Lucerne train station and connect to Zurich airport. Staff was helpful once you approach them."

"Lovely location. Stayed as a pit stop between Reims and Italy. Hotel is fine although rooms are a little tired. Only one person manning reception,bar and restaurant but was eager to help. Free parking! "
