"Wir waren in der sehr schönen Wohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick sehr glücklich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, um uns wohl zu fühlen. Gefallen hat uns vor allem, dass wir vom Haus aus loswandern konnten und an malerischen Häusern vorbei bald mitten in der Natur am Berg waren. Maultiere, Esel, Ziegen, Kühe und Schafe auf den Weiden erfreuten uns sehr. Der Weg über die Kirche "Maria Licht" und den Kreuzweg hinab in den Ort Trun gefiel uns auch gut. "Super Host who provided a guided tour of the town. Apartment was very well stocked with local food samples. Easy walking distance to public transportation and restaurants. We used this as a location to take the train into Lucern. A 20 minute train ride. Newly renovated apartment. Would definitely book again."

"Overall, the property worked for our needs. The address listed is actually to the rental property office, but the exact house. So it’s a bit farther out of downtown than it seems, but we had a car and it seemed public transport was close by. Showers are quite small, but normal for Europe. Beds are very firm,but fine for a short trip. Kitchen has basic essentials. We had to wash some of the bedding when we arrived on two beds as they smelled used and sweaty. "The photos of the property do not do it justice. It is FANTASTIC. We celebrated my 60th birthday with a trip to our beloved Grindelwald. My 86 year old dad traveled with us. We got a hotel by the train station (the Derby) at which we've enjoyed staying on previous trips. He would not have handled the 45 steps to Chalet M very well. The unit is conveniently located near Grindelwald Terminal (train station & Eiger Express) & a 1-2 minute walk to local bus routes 21 & 23 to get you to the heart of town, so it's very accessible if you're traveling on public transportation systems. "Das Chalet Lilli ist ein gemütliches Haus mit einer richtig schönen Ambiance. Durch die beiden Stockwerke funktioniert es auch gut für zwei Parteien. Die Infrastruktur ist einwandfrei (Küche, Badezimmer) und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr zuverlässig, unkompliziert und sympathisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Ferienwoche. "The property was in a location close to Grindewald Terminal train station and Grindewald Gund bus stop. The chalet was well maintained and had beautiful views of the mountains. It was away from the "main" street of downtown Grindewald which provided a quiet neighborhood without all the hustle and bustle. The property owner was quick to respond with a couple of needs we had. It was overall an excellent experience."
