"The staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. One doesn’t expecy 5 star luxury at a hostel, but overall it's very serviceable. We happened to arrive on the hottest day of the year and discovered there was no air-conditioning (pas de climatisation). Other than that inconvenience, everything was fine. "The hotel is old style it must of been beautiful when it was new the amenities are ok but not great, the thermal is down the street and a new spa across the river. Roads are narrow and very windy, parking at the hotel are to small and hard to figure out where to drive in at. Rooms were large but not well arranged like I said old style"
