"We checked in late at night. The room was cute, clean and a great price. The next morning, when we opened the curtains we discovered it also had a beautiful view and was in a very nice location. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"In our 1st room, the AC didn’t work well. It was so miserable. The front desk graciously moved us to a different room that was so nice and cool. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was good, and the pool was fun for the kids. I would stay here again next time. "

"I reserved 2 rooms. I was very pleased that they were able to give us adjoining rooms. I was not expecting that. The office person was very helpful, pleasant and personable. We never had any problems with parking. We were able to walk to the Hot Springs and the shopping/restaurants in downtown. Very convenient. The room stayed very comfortable temperature wise. It was in the 90's when we were there. Down sides are we did not like the selection for the continental breakfast but there was a restaurant within a block. There is no coffee maker in the room. "

"Clean room; need for towel hooks in the bathroom instead of a photo; breakfast buffet ok, need more fresh fruits like bananas; staff are polite but needs more knowledge on local transportation services, one lady gave us wrong information, she didn't know about the free buses and the $1 on-demand ride services. Good location you can walk to many popular attractions and restaurants. Overall good stay."
