"Overall great house- location perfect. The mattresses in the bunk room were not suitable for an adult so our friend who slept on it had a fair amount of back pain. Would not plan on 4 adults in this house. Other than that, amazing place"

"The coaching staff and our boys had a wonderful time while we stayed at the house! Very spacious and accommodating. The property management was very friendly, laid back, and made you feel like family! They even helped our team with travel recommendations for the following day so that we could make it our Soccer game on time. We loved it! It was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend it to anyone."

"we had no TV and I missed hockey game I thought Property Manage should have been able to have comcast to come to property , was told that owner came by last day but no one told us untill we checked out also we were to take out trash dat we left we had 1 bag but 2cans were full which we put on street advising we would be gone inside was good but outside needs some attention"

"We made a very last-minute booking (day before arrival) to visit this property for a couple of days over spring break. We had a pleasant stay, and really enjoyed the property. My wife grew up a few hundred yards from this property, down near the river. We had a great time reminiscing with her, and listening to stories. The house has an incredible view of Sopris and Carbondale. The house was equipped with everything we expected. We would certainly visit again if we're in the Carbondale area."

"This cabin was very cozy and comfortable, my friends and I felt very safe and comfortable!"

"The cabin was cozy and clean! It was the perfect size for our long weekend. Great location, close to everything we did in town. The only downside was the only heat source was a small space heater, but luckily it wasn’t too cold while we were there, we really only needed heat when we were done rafting and were cold and wet from those conditions. Overall a great stay! "
