3 ½ -room apartment on the ground floor ca. 120 m2, sunny with view of the lake and mountains. Entrance with hall stand. One double room with bath/double sink/toilet. One bedroom with two beds. Shower/toilet/sink. Open kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Coffee maker CHICCO D'ORO. Living/dining room with fireplace and access to the garden and view of the lake and mountains. Storeroom with washing machine and drier. 2 garage parking places. Pets are allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Luorza was built in 1990 and is located at the edge of the woods in a very quiet spot. Many cross country ski tracks and hiking trails start right by the house. The mountain cable railway can be reached by foot in about 10 minutes. Due to many gorgeous ski slopes the Corvatsch is a popular destination. In the summer it is the starting point of many hikes. During the season the bus leaves for every direction every half hour. The bus stop is about 350m away from the apartment. There is a bakery in Surlej, more shopping possibilities are in Silvaplana, which is about 1km away.

Standort des Abfalltümers besser beschreiben, wir waren nicht die einzigen welche den Eingang nicht finden konnten TV würde ich austauschen, es hatte schon alles was man braucht aber Küche ist auch veraltet und ich denke für diesen Preis könnte man es etwas modernisieren. Handtücher nicht ausreichend wenn man jetzt zu 4 da wäre. Aber sonst war es eine gutgelegene und praktische Wohnung.

Hat alles wunderbar geklappt, freundlicher Kontakt. Schlüsselübergabe und die gesamte Kommunikation während unserem Aufenthalt war prima. Vielen Dank für die Entgegennahme des Paketes, das ich während unserem Aufenthalt an LOGA umgeleitet hatte. Hatte ebenfalls wunderbar geklappt. Wir sind gerne in der Wohnung Abitaziun Luorza in Silvaplana-Surlej und wissen es zu schätzen, dass wir auch mit zwei Hunden willkommen sind. Wir achten jeweils darauf, dass wir die Nachbarn nicht stören und wir die Wohnung in einem sauberen Zustand verlassen. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank auch an die Eigentümer der Wohnung, dass uns dies ermöglicht wird! Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll und die Aussicht von den Terrasse sowie auch von den Zimmern Richtung Wiese wunderbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüsse aus Meilen am Zürichsee Miriam Kozak

Abbiamo apprezzato molto e utilizzato frequentemente l'abbonamento ai mezzi di trasporto (novità 2022). Speriamo che ci sia anche nei prossimi anni! Nel 2021 avevamo scritto su questo modulo di feedback che avevamo trovato l'appartamento poco pulito. Quest'anno abbiamo constatato con piacere che la nostra annotazione era stata considerata: l'appartamento era pulito in modo impeccabile! Grazie!

Lage direkt an einer Loipe, die mit dem gesamten Oberengadiner Loipennetz verbunden ist, und gut gelegen zur Talstation der Corvatsch-Seilbahn; der Zuschnitt der Wohnung ist sehr funktionell, das Interieur und die Ausstattung außerordentlich gut (es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Schlafen, Kochen und IT-Anwendung braucht. 2 TG-Stellplätze (einer zw. 2 tragenden Stützen etwas eng); die TG-Zufahrt führt über eine Schwelle, bei der der PKW-Boden leicht angewetzt wird; alles in allem eine sehr gut gelegene, gemütliche und optimal ausgestattete Fehrienwohnung, die von 4 Personen (2 Paare) angenehm genutzt werden kann.

Evtl. könnte man noch einige Prospekte der Region (Bahnen, Ausflüge etc.)zu den übrigen Unterlagen legen. Die Betreuung war überaus gut und sehr freundlich. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war die Wohnung einfach perfekt. Sie ist sehr gross und die Aufteilung mit den zwei Badezimmern ist ideal. Sie ist auch sehr schön gelegen und es war eine Freude, wenn am Morgen jeweils die Pferde und Kühe auf der Wiese vor dem Haus am Grasen waren.

Sehr freundlich und informativ. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Auch hier hat alles prima geklappt und ich war glücklich. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet, sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab unter den Bewertungen die Information, dass beim runterfahren in die Garage der Unterboden vom Auto beschädigt werden könnte. Dies war bei uns kein Thema. Die Lage der Wohnung ist herrlich und die Terrasse ist ebenfalls wunderbar und die Aussicht ein Traum. Wir werden die Wohnung sehr gerne wieder buchen.

Skipass viel zu teuer! Voller Preis für eingeschränktes Corvatsch-Skigebiet. Hahnenseelift wegen Ungenügender Wartung geschlossen Ab 23.04. nur noch 1 Bahn und 2 Lifte ( ohne Kinderlift) in Betrieb. Busverbindung Corvatsch- Furtschellas und zurück nicht möglich . Keine Rückerstattung des Skipasses trotz ärztl. Attest bei Verletzung. Keine Reduktion des Skipasses totz mangelhafter Leistung. In Österreich oder Deutschland wäre dies inakzeptabel!
