"The hotel is very pretty and clean. The location is great for enjoying the Ohio Star Theater, Sugar Creek, Walnut Creek and Berlin. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely sitting area on the second floor, as well as hot drinks, water and snacks, as well as a very nice library off the lobby on the first floor. Breakfast was very good. Our experience was excellent."

"We booked this for a "Ladies Sleepover", just a group of gals mid-20s to late 30s. We very comfortably slept 6 adults with no one bed sharing and without using the provided air matress that was already set up (out of the way) for us upon arrival. Everything was immaculate and so well maintained. The neighboring farms add such serene views. Close enough we were able to order pizza delivery, but far enough you forget the world. Ramanda and her family are excellent hosts, we are all already so excited to book again and come back. This space is perfect for so many things. We had a great time just us adult women, but could easily see coming back with our kids and families (i would say two bigger families or two families and a couple would be comfortable). Everything we needed as far as basic daily items were there, we even did a small load of laundry with our swimwear. The bathrooms are nice and I felt at ease showering (I have OCD and showers other than my own can be a trigger). Truly cant say enough good things."

Although, I wasn’t able to enjoy the continental breakfast, I hope on planning another visit where I can enjoy it along with the newly remodeled restaurant and bar area! "We loved everything about this beautiful cottage! It was somehow spacious and cozy, all at the same time. Impeccably clean, well equipped and so very comfortable. The bed was THE most comfortable we've ever slept in..seriously, it was. The hosts, Tim and Melissa, were wonderful about ensuring that we had whatever we needed, even reaching out beforehand to see if there was anything special that we thought we would need. The location was quiet and peaceful and easy to get to. We enjoyed the baby grand piano in the living room (perfectly tuned) and the rocking chairs and hummingbird feeders on the porch (we saw our first hummers of the year!) The towels and linens were clean and perfectly fluffy. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked. And I was so pleased to find a vanity, with stool, a magnifying mirror and good lighting in the bathroom. We ladies appreciate thoughtful touches like that. We can't imagine anyone not enjoying their stay here and we hope to return soon."
