"Good hotel in a good location near the river. This hotel is pretty narrow which means that there isn't much space on the roof where the pool is located. I wasn't able to enjoy the space, as each time I went up (you have to take stairs up from the top floor where restaurant is), the chairs were all taken. Otherwise, decent rooms and breakfast. Beautiful views from roof top and restaurant. Breakfast consisted of Ala carte ordering (eggs and noodle soups) +buffet style in fruits, and other local breakfast dishes, and coffee and tea. Staff were friendly and will make small talk with you. Nice lobby and fish in front of hotel. "

"Not a lot of restaurants and bars near by but you can get a Tuk Tuk for a pound into the main restaurant and bar area. A good place to stay for cleanliness and a nice rooftop pool. I’d recommend a stay here for a night or two "

"Hotel is within walking distance to all the main sights in Phnom Penh. Rooftop bar and restaurant has a great view along the river. Rooftop pool overlooks the Royal Palace. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing - local breakfast cuisine as well as an omelet bar. Excellent place to stay."

"Clean, modern hotel well located on the banks of the Tonle Sap and Mekong rivers. After 25 years of travel to Phnom Penh this is the best, reasonably priced hotel I have found in Phnom Penh, with views of the river. Thanks to Hotels.com I had issues at check in with Hotels.com not telling the hotel the correct room I had booked. The excellent receptionist resolved the issue and gave me the room I had booked without me needing to prove myself, although Hotels.com did subsequently admit that their communication with the hotel was at fault. Room was spacious and afforded great views of the rivers. Breakfast was included and excellent. One of the best Eggs Benedict that I have had anywhere for some time. At night there is a lovely rooftop bar overlooking the water and city. After a nightmare stay at the Soma Hotel, nearby, last month this hotel was a welcome delight. I would not suggest staying anywhere else in Phnom Penh if you want to view the ever changing landscape of the Khmer waterways."
