Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire home with these few exceptions:
- 1 locked owners closets on main level and two locked owners closets on lower level.
- Locked garage.

Other Things to Note:
- Absolutely no pets
- Renters must be 25+ years old with no exceptions
- No unauthorized guests on the property. Number of guests should never exceed the max 16 allowed. Please make sure to note the number of guests when making the reservation.
- Home has steep steps both inside and outside. Outside steps can be slick when wet. All guests must use caution with steps and pay close attention to kids using the steps.
- There are two Ring cameras outside. One for the main entry door and the other covers the driveway.
- Parking is on the street. Please make sure vehicles are fully off the road. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Please no parking in the driveway.
