"First was noted in Ad that there was no front desk and I would get check in instructions 2-3 days in advance. Unable to reach the host via phone, email or chat for check in instructions. Fortunately there was someone at front desk. Staff was friendly. Room old but clean. TV did not work, light over tub inoperable, no smoke detector. Many loud residents outside at night. Felt like we were bad section of town. Low class facility. I will not be returning."

"The property description was completely misrepresented. We pulled in to the property and there were homeless people on the property with their belongings. The only people staying there seemed to be long term stays with junk everywhere. Much of the furniture had been pulled outside of the rooms and many people sitting outside were very unsavory. We immediately left and booked a hotel down the street. It was awful and we did not feel safe even driving through the parking lot."

"Really great location and convenient to Silver Springs State Park and Ocala, FL. The house has a spectacular view of a freshwater lake and there is a lot of wildlife nearby and in the vicinity including lots of birds! Family of four stayed here comfortably, cooked a few meals, fished a little, and enjoyed the dock and breakfast on the deck in the morning. The house was comfortable and enjoyable for 4-5 people and made our trip to Ocala complete."

10. The Chicken Coop at the Barn at Fly Away Farm

"Very cute and clean place. Sleeping arrangements are not ideal. Steep ladder to climb and no headroom in the bed. An outside covered area would have been nice to get out of the sun. It would have been helpful to have a small microwave in the room to warm up your coffee or your leftovers. We enjoyed our stay there, but felt it was a little overpriced for what it offered. The peaceful serenity was very nice. For a very small space, it was well designed."

"The room was nice and fairly spacious, and it came with a full-size fridge and a small stove, which was a pleasant surprise. We didn't need them ourselves, but they'd be a great bonus for anyone planning to cook or stay longer. The location was also convenient. There were a few things that could be improved.
