"The room with the bunk beds was quite spacious and included the game room area and had its own large bathroom and access to the outside. It was perfect for my niece and her family. All the beds were foam and comfortable. The Master had its own en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms shared a bathroom that had split sinks and a HUGE shower. The bedroom with the queen bed had a door to that bathroom but the other smaller bedroom had only 5 steps across the hall to that bathroom. We only had 8 people there and had plenty of space. The rooms were quiet as we were not disturbed by others watching tv or playing video games. The kitchen island is massive and had seating for 5 or 6 and the dining table had seating for 8. The kitchen, living room and dining room areas were large enough to accomodate 16 people if needed. There were some workstations set up for people who needed to do work while there with office chairs. The location is within walking distance of Edgewater which has restaurants and shopping. We only had 3 cars but could have fit a 4th if needed. It is single file parking but it is a quick turn around the block to allow others in and out. We did not have any oversized vehicles however. The AC kept the hot people comfortable and the cold people wearing sweaters! We were there for a wedding at Dubsdread and it was only 3 minutes from the venue. "

"Loved the room, the decor and how it was set up. Bed was cozy too. Only con per usual in hotels is can hear people in the halls clearly at night and in morning. Would stay again. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was adequate, basic cooking, no baking dishes. Would have been a bit challenging if you wanted to do any elaborate cooking. The backyard was not very inviting, so we did not utilize it.Could have used some local information about trash pick up as the recycling bin was full when we arrived and missed it being emptied as we didn’t know to put the bin out. Sussex out putting the trash out on our own!Edwin the host was super and was quick to respond to our communications!"
