"The hostel was very cozy and the staff made the stay quite enjoyable. Lounge and kitchen access should be 24 hours and not just until 10 pm. Post check-out, access should be granted to the lounge since check out time is so early in the day. Overall, had a great stay! Would recommend this hostel to other travellers! "
"Wonderful family stay during very hot summer weather. Pool was a welcome respite after easy walking and touring of the city. Clean, safe and convenient for all the sites, cafes, restaurants and gelato shops!"
"Exceptional service, gorgeous property and unbelievable pool. Our family LOVED staying at this special hotel. It’s also right outside the old city wall. "

"A bit more mixed than I expected. Nice room, great breakfasts, and the breakfast and front desk staff were very friendly and kind. The fridge in the room and coffee maker was very welcome (along with the bottle of water each day and sometimes refreshing the coffee pods).
House keeping was hit and miss. Sometimes things happened, sometimes they did not. I picked the hotel because it had a pool and guest laundry. The pool is broken, and the guest laundry seems to have disappeared. I also had some problems with air con - while the hotel says it allows individual control this is not true. The first room I was allocated had the air con locked to off on a 35C day. The second room it was locked to 18C - which was much better but probably too cold for most Europeans in the summer.
The outside design is a shame - pedestrians have to go through the car park to get out."
"My wife and I are frequent travelers, mainly in the US, Central America or Europe. We like small, well-located, vernacular hotels. Bonus points for good value for our money (and, we don’t shoot for the high priced places). This hotel, especially their staff and spirit, nailed it. Do yourself a favor and hit the reservation button - send me a thank you note later!"
"From the minute you walk into this hotel you realize you’re not just in a hotel - that this building was meant for something else. As it turns out it’s a refurbished centuries old nobles’ home and you can still this in the layout and materials used in the hotel. Perhaps I should’ve known while booking it, but I didn’t pick that up. Regardless, staying here was a treat and an experience! "
"Moov was a great hotel. It was our last stop before heading home. About 1.25 hours from Lisbon airport. They have a nice area with tables where breakfast is served and an outdoor patio. The hotel was clean and staff friendly and very helpful!"
