"We had a great stay at this lovely property. There was an initial hiccup with access as the gate latch was broken but this was quickly sorted by the manager. The second bedroom is tight for space but functional."

"We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The space was exactly as described, very spacious and cozy. The owners were kind and helpful, the TV was playing up and wouldn’t connect to the internet and they tried their best to get it working. The only things that need to be noted are that because the property has a septic tank the toilet struggles to flush properly and fills up really high with water before it goes back down and need a double flush, and when we first walked into the bathroom there...

"Perfect bach to stay with young kids. It’s a handy walk to the beach and a great place to use as a base to explore Matakana also. Martin was wonderful and so helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend!"

"This is a great spot for a group holiday stay. It is close to multiple beaches (but I would recommend driving rather than walking to them). The house has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Jason is a very responsive and kind host."

"The hosts are lovely... Sally was so friendly, helpful, allowed me to charged my electric car, which was awesome!.... Excellent location for the village and Saturday Market... easy walking everywhere and just a short drive to the plethora of beaches and tourist activities. The outdoor bath was so great on a starry night.... And I couldn't believe how quiet the place was, considering it's on a main road.... Would I stay here again... absolutely!"

"Unfortunately there was diggers operating in the driveway & had been there for 2 weeks. We were not made aware of this. Extremely noisy. The house was not overly clean. Had no curtains in the bathroom or living areas. If Stay Hub had been able to find an alternative house close by, we would have moved. Wouldnt stay here again"

"Perfectly located property right across the road from the beach with amazing views. Could watch our teenage kids playing volleyball and basketball all from the comfort of the deck. "This place could be amazing based on its location and layout, but unfortunately it needs some love and attention. The worst feature is by far the bathroom which is utilitarian at best, plus it actually doubles as the washing utility area. There are little things like screw holes in the walls and cheap hooks for hanging clothes which really detract from could be an amazing property. The kitchen is functional and I was able to whip up a decent breakfast with all the appliances available. ...
