The Miradouro apartment is situated right on the beachfront, just a few metres from the lovely seafront promenade in Armação de Pêra.

The living room opens onto the kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with its own dining area. From your comfortable
armchair in the living room, you can enjoy a lovely view of the sea. The bedroom has a small balcony with a sea view and is furnished with a double bed. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower. Like all our apartments, it features high-speed fibre-optic internet, satellite TV (including all German channels) and MEO TV (100 Portuguese channels, with some series and films available in the original English), as well as air conditioning.

You simply need to cross the road to reach the most beautiful beaches in Armação de Pera. After just a 2-minute walk, you’ll find yourself at the start of the pedestrianised area. There is currently a building site nearby, and there may be construction noise during the day. The prices have therefore already been reduced by 20 per cent.
