"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. Hot tub on the roof top was a lovely way to relax in the afternoon. Points to note are that it's a penthouse and there's no lift. "The hotel was perfectly fine for the price—no problems at all. The staff were wonderful, especially the very kind gentleman working on Monday morning. My only issue is the location; it’s pretty secluded, and getting to and from Europa-Park was inconvenient. The breakfast was nothing special but totally acceptable. Overall, a good stay for what you pay, but I’d personally prefer to stay somewhere closer to the park next time."
