Great location , friendly competent host!

This is a very comfortable, quiet apartment in a great location for hiking and cycling. It’s exactly what we were looking for and I can only highly recommend it. The hostess is super nice and gave us lots of useful tips on fun activities. We’ll definitely be back!

Hote très accueillante. Appartement impeccable, beaucoup de rangement, deco soignée. Vue superbe du salon et salle à manger. Literie confortable, fauteuil du salon très confortable assise du canapé un peu dure et pas trop confortable seul point à relever. Cuisine hyper complète, il faudrait prévoir quelque chose en plus de l'aspirateur pour pouvoir nettoyer les traces de pattes de chien dans le hall . Car port devant l'appartement tres pratique. Boulangerie à proximité et superette ouverte 24/24 accessible à pied. Tout est parfait à un prix très correct.

Sehr umsichtige ,netteVermieter! Es ist in der modern eingrichteten Wohnung an alles gedacht was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Ein mit Prospekten und Flyern bestücktes Körbchen im Schrank informierte uns über tolle Unternehmungen für den Tag . Da wir mit dem Wetter wirklich Glück hatten und die Sonne es an manchen Tagen wirklich etwas zu gut meinte, liebten wir die Rollläden an den Fenstern die geschlossen immer dafür sorgten das es in der Wohnung angenehm kühl blieb.Von der kleinen Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln schaut man trotz Sommerhitze bei immer einem leichten Lüftchen entspannt auf das Simonswäldertal.Vielen Dank liebe Fam.Hübner

Bei unserer Ankunft standen schon etliche Spielzeugautos und ein ganzer Korb mit Bausteinen für unseren 2-Jährigen bereit. Damit konnte sich der Kleine Tag für Tag viele Stunden beschäftigen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man benötigt. Sehr schöne Lage mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten. Wanderwege und Wald quasi direkt vor der Tür. Das fussläufig erreichbare Freibad ist fantastisch und zudem ist der Eintritt auch noch kostenlos (wie auch für Bus&Bahn, Schwarzwaldzoo etc.).Hierhin kommen wir gerne wieder zurück.

Betten schlecht, insbesondere das Couchbett!! Viele kleine Insekten, man traut sich abends kaum , die Fenster zu öffnen, weil sie schon auf den Innenseiten der Rolläden zu sehen sind. Bad in Mini-Ausführung, sehr kleines Waschbecken und sehr kleine Dusche.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und wir ( 2 Erwachsene und unseren Hund) fühlten uns sehr willkommen und rundum wohl. Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Es war perfekt und fehlte an nichts. Im Dorf gab es alles was es braucht, eine Bäckerei und mehrere Restaurant’s alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Lieve Carolin en Sebastian Het heeft even geduurd maar we willen toch nog een bericht voor jullie achterlaten. We willen jullie bedanken voor het fijne verblijf bij jullie in Simonswald. We hadden niks tekort in het appartement, alles was tip top in orde. Ook nog bedankt voor jullie hulp toen we pech hadden met de auto en we op zoek moesten naar een nieuwe batterij. Je moest er ons geruzie soms bij nemen. De lekkere regionale schnaps hebben het leed zeker verzacht, dat was lief van jou, Carolin. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Ruhig und großzügig

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank! Die Wohnung hat einen großen Eingangsbereich, zwei Zimmer mit Türen und eine tolle Küche. Das Esszimmer ist traditionell bemalt. Man hätte auch draußen sitzen können, wenn es warm gewesen wäre. Es gibt auch einen Carport, allerdings muss man ein gutes Stück rückwärts fahren, um wieder raus zu kommen. Ich kann die Wohnung empfehlen!

Wir haben extra Spielzeug für außen und innen zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen - sehr aufmerksam! Das Bett reicht von Wand zu Wand, sodass Kinder nicht rausfallen können. Das nagelneue Badezimmer ist auf den Bildern noch nicht zu sehen - es ist topp!
