Otherwise I was more than satisfied with this hotel. Grandchildren had fun in the pool. Reception staff were kind and very helpful. Room was lovely, king bed very comfy, elegantly made up. Bathroom spacious and well appointed with (wait for it) an actual bathtub. Felt very spoilt especially after spending 5 x as much on a rubbish hotel in Manhattan. Loved it. "
