"Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Finding the property as well as getting in was as easy as it gets. The upstairs guests were pretty roudy but nothing in the host's control at the time but she did address it immediately the next day. Property is perfect placement for walking distance to the main food and bar spots in the area with a beautiful view of the bridge. Would absolutely stay again :)"

"The property is charming. The shower is a challenge, but fine once you get the hang of it. There are no night tables in the bedrooms so make sure you have long power cords for phone chargers, cpap machines, etc. The neighborhood is great. Highly recommend Geraldine’s for breakfast, just 2 blocks away"

"Really cool old place fully renovated, easy walk to some restaurants and distilleries. We also walked all the way down to Market St. restaurants and bars, which was fairly easy to do. Nice, quiet stay. Loved it!"

"We didn't know what to expect. When we walked in, we were blown away by everything. Snacks, drinks, suggested local entertainment, exceptionally clean, etc. I would give this place 10 stars if I could."

"The home was cute as a button and was plenty of room for a family of 4. The home was within 10 minutes of downtown. The home is close to the airport as well. We did not hear much of the planes either. If we ever return back to Kentucky we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks for the memories."

"We checked in the weekend after the derby, but city was still very active. All the walkable restaurants were amazing! You'll want to check out Con Huevos for breakfast or lunch, it's just across the street. The Yellow Cactus is next door and the patio was perfect for a drinks and dinner. On street parking was always available. Give this place a whirl, you'll be glad you did. **Side note; You may want to bring a bigger coffee pot as the one in the condo is only a 5 cup pot. "The area is really cool with good food just steps away. It’s not an owner you deal with it’s a company with people that don’t speak great English which I don’t love. They also require you to send a selfie with your license which I also don’t like. The house itself is a nice old house though!"
