Newly renovated modern farmhouse located in downtown Simpsonville, within easy walking distance of an excellent variety of restaurants, shops and places of interest. Our two-bedroom open-plan home has been beautifully refurnished for your comfort and enjoyment. This includes WiFi and Smart TV. A spacious private balcony, leading off from the main bedroom suite overlooks a peaceful backyard... a great place to relax outdoors! The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing great meals. Our home is thoroughly and professionally cleaned & sanitized for the health and safety of all arriving guests.

Please note there is train near the home that runs two times a day during business hours.

Cozy and quaint

This little house was exactly as described, cozy and clean. This was my first VRBO stay, and this booking did not disappoint. It was also a nice place to book because I was traveling with my pets. They enjoyed the backyard and also felt at home.

Family house hunting

Place was very clean and well maintained. Beds and couches were comfortable. Close to downtown and minutes away from anything you could need. Jennifer property manager was great and is a real estate agent. If moving to area recommend getting in touch with her. Overall a great trip and place to stay.

Cute & Cozy

Our recent stay at the Farmhouse was a very positive experience. We really appreciated all the cooking items, as we often prefer to cook our own meals if we can. The house had plenty of room and was well stocked with linens, towels, and other necessary items. My only knock is, if you do not stream, you may have a tough time with the lone TV in the living area. Other than that, very nice place. Owners communicated very well, and the location was close to downtown Simpsonville.

Cute little house

Although our original reason for booking the house got canceled (concert at the amphitheater), we decided to turn our trip into a trip with my husband's parents. We were lucky enough to get an early check-in after our plans had changed. When we arrived at the house, our first impression was that it was a cute little house. When we walked inside, we found a modern house in a small setting. It was perfect for our trip. The directions to the house were right on. On the plus side of this, the hot water never ran out even with 4 adults taking showers. All in all, we would definitely stay at this house again if we were ever in the area.

We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful, modern farmhouse. The home was spotless, spacious, and perfectly designed with a cozy, town-living feel. The décor was stylish yet comfortable, and we especially loved relaxing on the lovely deck. Everything was exactly as described — we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Highly recommend this property.
