"The price was more than I wanted to pay for four nights but we were desperate. The room was spacious but the shower over followed which kept the floor wet. The carpet was a little dusty and the sofa felt a grimy. The pullout bed worked and was more comfortable than the king size bed. The bed was too hard but the sheets were clean. The restaurant got our order wrong and there was sugar on the fries. The pool was fun as well as the sauna. Overall, we would stay again."

"The ratings did not reflect what we experienced. First I got a message that stated I didn’t pay despite having a receipt showing I paid. Then I arrived and had the pay the amount in full again. We got into the room and the shower water was luke warm while the coffee maker didn’t work. I inquired about we could do to remedy the situation and the front desk said she would ask her manager. The beds were so uncomfortable we decided to leave. The front desk said they would refund me the other three nights we reserved. We are still waiting for confirmation."

"I like the Front desk staff, They were extremely accommodating, I booked a room there after my surgery, Because I was not in a position to drive two hours home. My refrigerator was not working, I notified the front desk. Someone was there in minutes to fix the issue. I don’t usually partake in the free breakfast, But do to my situation I was pleased with how much attention was given to spread that was given out, all in all I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The reason for a poor review is that I was assigned a handicap room. I checked in late and was too tired to return to the front desk with my luggage to request another room. Because the shower, closet, and room design were designed for the handicapped, they were inconvenient. The restaurant staff was super helpful and polite. The small detail was important because I attended a conference where my attire mattered. The low-hanging clothes bar did not work for my normal or formal wear. Hilton staff, please do not assign a handicap room unless one is requested."
